Plan of Action - Alex

To easily structure our group blog work we both decided to conduct and produce a production log which helps highlight which person is responsible for the task and for them to complete it by a specific time; due to this both of us can visualise when the work has to be completed at a high standard. The production log is a table that categorises each task for us and entails different box titles such as prompts for the certain task and another box that we can draw in a mark/tick to know that we have definitely completed the task.

The first two weeks of this half term has been categorised to involve the planning aspect of our group music video production; then week 3 to 5 helps us focus more on the filming side of our music video plus a little planing corresponding and we will alternate between each section during these upcoming weeks. Finally week 6 to 9 will make us focus on the editing of our music video and how we want our music video to look and represent, these final weeks are very important as we will finish the term with a final product of our music video that links in with all the planning and preparation that we have conducted in this 8 week term.
